A UK pair has been arrested for child abuse after a video showed them offering vodka to a child.

A shirtless male, believed to be the kid’s father, can be seen standing close by, apparently unaware of his child’s boozing session.
Luckily, the humble feat did not go undetected by others. Authorities verified that they were most likely to the building adhering to records of disruption; after that, they found out about the dreadful incident.
