Hotel Levana Lucknow Case: Sent to Jail GM including two owners in Hotel Levana fire, report to be submitted to Chief Minister

Hotel Levana Fire Case: The government has cracked down on the owners in the case of the death of four people in the fire at Hotel Levana Suites in the capital Lucknow on Monday. The Lucknow Police had registered an FIR against the owners of the hotel as well as the GM yesterday under serious sections . All of them were sent to jail after being produced in the court on Tuesday.
Hotel owners Rahul Agarwal and Rohit Agarwal along with general manager Sagar Srivastava have been sent to 14-day judicial custody in connection with the death of four people due to fire at Hotel Levana Suites in Lucknow on Monday. Earlier today, all three were produced before the CJM court after a medical examination
The police had yesterday registered a case against hotel GM Sagar Srivastava along with hotel owners Rahul, Rohit and Pawan Agarwal. Out of these, along with Rahul and Rohit Agarwal, the hotel’s GM Sagar Srivastava was arrested yesterday. Today the police will present them in the court after getting their medical done at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee (Civil) Hospital. A case has been registered against these three under sections 308 and 304. The doctor posted in the emergency conducted his medical examination. After this, Rahul Agarwal, Rohit Agarwal and Sagar Srivastava were produced in the CJM court.

On the other hand, Hotel Levana management is also returning the belongings of the survivors of this hotel fire. Medical examination of all the people staying in the hotel has also been done.
The investigation team also engaged in its work
The investigation has intensified after yesterday’s fire at Hotel Levana Suites located on Madan Mohan Malviya Marg in Hazratganj, Lucknow. A team has been constituted under the leadership of Lucknow Police Commissioner SP Shirodkar along with Lucknow’s Divisional Commissioner Dr. Roshan Jacob to investigate this case. Roshan Jacob had put the Lucknow Development Authority in the dock only yesterday. Even today he went to the hotel and checked. It is believed that she can submit her investigation report to the government by this evening.
Police team also engaged in investigation
A three-member team formed from the Fire Department also arrived at Hotel Levana Suites to investigate. The DIG Fire, Director Fire and CFO Varanasi included in the team are engaged in fact finding.
